New Zealanders should be able to expect consistency and excellence in decisions made by District Licensing Committees.
The DLC network has been established to support district licencing committees, territorial authorities and regulatory agencies implement the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
The network will distribute best practice guidelines, relevant resource material and training to support District Licensing Committees in making appropriate decisions.
